I started out blogging in 2002 with an online pregnancy journal that was part of a popular parenting site. When the site shut down, I moved over to Live Journal where I blogged off and on for about 2 years. Eventually I followed my LJ friends to MySpace and used their blog feature for a couple of years. Thanks to MySpace’s privacy issues (and some very nosy people), I stopped blogging on MySpace and moved to Blogger where I figured no one would ever know me.

Ha!

Within a few months, I was applying my hobby of making personalized graphics for myself and for friends – forum signatures, blog headers – to Blogger templates. When I outgrew Blogger and moved to Word Press, it was just plain common sense to learn how to design Word Press blogs. So I did.

I’ve been doing blog installations and customizations professionally since 2008 and I absolutely love it. I love tweaking themes, tinkering with code, and solving issues that make other people wanna pull their hair out. Having issues with your blog? Bring it on! I love a challenge.  Call me a Techie, call me a Geek Grrl, call me whatever you want…but I prefer Rock Star!
